Contract Administrator – Luxury Residential
– Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + Super + Benefits

We are representing a distinguished luxury home builder with an exceptional reputation for crafting architecturally designed residences ranging from $2M to $30M. With several landmark projects about to commence across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches, they are now looking to appoint a skilled Contract Administrator who can contribute to their continued growth and uncompromising standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all contractual and procurement aspects of high-end residential builds, working closely with the Project Manager and Site teams to ensure seamless delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing subcontracts, purchase orders, and variations
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality
- Managing cost reporting, budgets, and financial tracking across the life of each project
- Assisting with tendering, contract negotiations, and scope reviews
- Ensuring contractual documentation and administration align with company and industry standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, specifically within the luxury residential sector
- A solid understanding of bespoke construction methodologies and finishes
- Strong attention to detail and experience working on projects valued between $2M and $30M
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- MUST MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS LOCAL EXPERIENCE
