Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and ensure the safety of everyone involved.
• Be the vital link between clients and subcontractors.
• Assist in project planning and instructions.
• Maintain clear, solution-focused communication with all stakeholders.
• Stay calm and effective under pressure when challenges arise.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A trade carpenter qualification or a degree in construction.
• A proven track record with a reputable contractor.
• Experience managing external works / civil contractors
• Experience in commercial new build / Retail projects.
• Solid understanding of OH&S and IR standards.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Strong, contactable references.
