Contract Foreman – Nights & Days

Job Description

Contract opportunities to work for Tier 2 / Tier 1 builders in the NSW market. Builders we have partnerships with work across multiple sectors from fitout/refurb to High-Rise residential, retail, and industrial to commercial, sport/recreation, and health projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
• The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
• The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
• Assisting in the development of the project instructions
• Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction
• Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
• Previous history working on commercial new build projects
• Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
• Solid organisation and communication skills
• Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references
