Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage subcontractor teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee daily coordination of materials, equipment, schedules, and safety for all.
• Act as the crucial link between the client and subcontractors.
• Assist in developing project instructions and maintaining smooth workflows.
• Communicate effectively with superiors, team members, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade carpenter qualifications or tertiary construction certifications.
• A proven track record with reputable contractors.
• Hands-on experience with commercial fitout/refurb.
• Exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial/retail projects.
• Strong OH&S and IR knowledge.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Foreman – references required.
