Contract Site Managers / Foreman – Commercial | Sydney

Are you an experienced Site Managers/Foreman looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re partnering with Tier 2 commercial across Sydney and are seeking skilled Site Managers to join their teams on exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial and health construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to project planning, reporting, and risk management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in commercial or Multi unit residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, WHS, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Contract-ready and flexible to work across Sydney.
