Finishes Foreman (Contract) – Luxury Mansion

Job Description

We’re seeking a strong residential finishes foreman on a contract agreement to help a team close out a detailed and high-end collection of luxury apartments in Sydney’s East. 

PROJECT AVAILABLE:

• High spec residential mansion 
• Tier 2 Builder
• Immediate start
• 3+ month oppertunity
• Potential to move to another project close upon completion

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• Hourly Rate or Day Rate $ – Weekly Pay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
• The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
• The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
• Assisting in the development of the project instructions
• Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A trade carpenter desired
• Keen eye for high quality workmanship and ability hold subcontractors accountable
• Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
• Previous history working on luxury residential new build projects (units or luxury homes)
• Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience 
• Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
• Solid organisation and communication skills
• Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references
