Our client, a leading company in the fit-out and refurbishment sector, is seeking experienced and dedicated Foremen to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected firm known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a Foreman, you will oversee and manage the daily on-site activities for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  
Responsibilities:
  

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the site workforce.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and site diaries.

Qualifications:
  

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
