Standout Principle contractor in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join their team for a high-profile construction project. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to address any issues and keep the project on track.
• Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and material orders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on construction projects, with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Principle contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in construction management.
