ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a front-running landscape construction and maintenance business with a very bright future ahead.
They have been established for over 20 years and have built a well-known and reputable brand in the Sydney landscaping industry.
With multiple divisions servicing a range of commercial, government and private clients, they are well equipped to deliver contracts to an exceptional standard.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Summer is here and a new position has opened up for a fresh face to join the senior maintenance management team.
You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working crew of horticulture professionals to deliver these contracts, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Managers.
If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!
YOUR DUTIES
- Schedule weekly work
- Manage a crew of up to 2-6 staff
- Delegate tasks
- Get the most out of your team!
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Order equipment and resources
- Communicate with local community
- Hands-on maintenance work
- Report into an Operations Manager
WHAT YOU NEED
- Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
- 3-5+ years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
- Commercial and high-end residential maintenance experience
- Personable and presentable
- Strong managerial and organisational skills
