THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has opened up for a fresh face to join the senior maintenance management team, and manage a prestigious, high-end private estate.

You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working crew of horticultural professionals to deliver, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Manager.

If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!

YOUR DUTIES

• Establish a weekly work schedule
• Supervise a team of 2-6 personnel
• Assign tasks to team members
• Coordinate with clients and external partners
• Procure necessary equipment and resources
• Engage with the local community
• Conduct hands-on maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with an Operations Manager

WHAT YOU NEED

• Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
• 3-5 years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
• Personable and presentable
• Strong managerial and organisational skills
• Team Leaders looking for a step up please apply!
