The Company

Our client is a front-running high-end residential landscape construction and maintenance business with a very bright future ahead.

They have been established for 20 years and have built a well-known and reputable brand in the boutique landscaping market.

They deliver bespoke, high-quality gardens and outdoor entertainment areas for private clients, and provide an outstanding maintenance service.

The Opportunity

A rare position has opened up for a fresh face to join the maintenance team.

You will be work with highly efficient and hard-working crew of maintenance professionals to deliver these prestigious contracts, along with transparent communication and mentoring from your Manager and Director.

If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!

The Role

  • Work in a small crew of 1-2 staff
  • Understanding and executing instructions
  • Liaise with clients
  • Pest and plant identification
  • Hands-on horticultural work
  • Upgrade soils and plants
  • Report into a Team Leader

The Requirements

  • Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
  • Commercial and residential maintenance experience considered
  • Personable and presentable
