We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Fitters for ongoing positions across Sydney. These roles involve maintenance and repair of industrial machinery with strong overtime availability — including weekend work — and opportunities to progress into permanent roles for high performers. Nightshift positions attract a 30% loading.
About the Role

• Preventative & breakdown maintenance
• Mechanical repairs, upgrades & fault-finding
• Work on pumps, motors, conveyors & rotating equipment
• Installs, component changeouts & rebuilds
• Maintain safe work practices within industrial environments

What You Need

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Industrial, maintenance or manufacturing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic capability
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a team or autonomously
• Full working rights in Australia
