THE BUILDER

Having developed strong and positive relationships, repeat clients and a robust project pipeline, with a wide range of project types / sectors including; commercial, mixed use, multi-storey residential, education, hospitality, retirement and aged care, heritage and industrial.

Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with Senior Project Manager to ensure all contracts are in line with agreements
- Ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
- Assisting in managing stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants and end user
- Provide planning and programming of labour, plant and equipment in accordance with construction program requirements
- Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly to the operations manager on project performance against company objectives
Key requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Display a good knowledge of contracts administration
- Proven negotiation and cost management skills
- Must have a polished approach when dealing with clients
