The Company
This Sydney-based landscape construction company has built a strong reputation over decades, with more than 30 staff and counting.
With a growing pipeline of projects concentrated in NSW’s booming growth corridors, they partner with large builders, local councils, and leading developers to deliver works valued between $200k–$5m.
These projects include landscape packages for new estates, schools, playgrounds, industrial complexes, parks, and public domain upgrades.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to join the delivery team in a Project Manager pathway role. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of large-scale projects, working closely with an established Project Manager and Construction Manager who will provide structured mentoring and support.
You will take ownership of delivering high-quality landscaping projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure successful outcomes.
If you’re currently working as a Foreperson or a Project Manager for a smaller landscaping company, and feel your progression opportunities are limited, this role offers the ideal step up.
The Role
- Assist with program and schedule works
- Ordering materials and organising deliveries
- Resource management
- Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers
- Subcontractor egagement
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Safety and compliance
- Quality assurance
- Liaise with clients and suppliers
- Report into Project Managers
The Requirements
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction (bonus)
- Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia
- Strong computer skills
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
