The Company

Our long-serving client, a thriving Canberra construction company, are continuing to win and deliver work to a very high standard.  The rest of their 2025 pipeline is already jam-packed!

They are chosen as a stand-alone principle contractor for multiple Government entities due to their professionalism and proven track-record.

The construction division has been a force in the industry for decades and continues to deliver award-winning landscapes, including open spaces, state of the art sports facilities and high-rise builds in the CBD.

The Opportunity

You will work collaboratively with established and proven Project Managers, inherit a trusted and passionate Site Manager, and work closely with clients to bring their vision to life throughout the life cycle of the job.

The Role

• Assist with program and schedule works
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries
• Resource management
• Delegate to Site Managers
• Subcontractor management
• Cost tracking and forecasting
• Safety and compliance
• Quality assurance
• Liaise with clients
• Report into Project Managers

The Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in the landscape or civil construction industry
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (Desired)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction
• Driving licence
