• $45ph – $50ph + Super + Vehicle + Travel

The Company

This highly regarded landscaping company has experienced steady growth over the past five years and continues to deliver outstanding projects across Greater Brisbane.

Specialising in high-end residential landscaping, they work with prestigious private clients across Brisbane’s most desirable suburbs, creating beautiful outdoor spaces that are recognised for their quality and attention to detail.

With a team of 20–25 long-standing employees, including site crews, project managers, and in-house designers/architects, they foster a collaborative, family-style culture and are preparing for a very busy period of exciting projects.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a Foreperson where you’ll not only take ownership of stunning residential landscapes but also mentor and develop junior staff.

It’s a hands-on position that allows you to showcase your skills, leave your mark on iconic gardens, and further your career within a supportive environment.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Site set out
• Lead a small team
• Order materials
• Organise deliveries
• Hands-on soft landscaping
• Oversee subcontractors
• Liaise with clients
• Train and develop Apprentices
• Work in with a Project Manager

The Requirements

• 3-5 years as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Experience in the high-end residential landscapes
• A positive and up-beat attitude
• Ability to travel
• Drivers license
