The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior maintenance management team to manage multiple high-profile commercial sites.
You will lead a skilled and dedicated team of maintenance professionals, supported by clear communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule weekly tasks
- Manage a team of 2-6 staff members
- Delegate responsibilities effectively
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Procurement of equipment and resources
- Engage with the local community
- Perform hands-on maintenance and horticultural work
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager
The Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
- 5+ years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
- Personable and presentable
- Strong managerial and organisational skills
