The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior maintenance management team to manage multiple high-profile commercial sites.

You will lead a skilled and dedicated team of maintenance professionals, supported by clear communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule weekly tasks
• Manage a team of 2-6 staff members
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
• Procurement of equipment and resources
• Engage with the local community
• Perform hands-on maintenance and horticultural work
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
• 5+ years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
• Personable and presentable
• Strong managerial and organisational skills
