Boasting multiple divisions catering to commercial, government, and private clients, their capabilities ensure the delivery of maintenance contracts to an exceptional standard.
The Opportunity
An opportunity has opened up for a fresh face to join the senior maintenance management team, and manage prestigious Local Government contracts.
You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working crew of 12 horticultural professionals to deliver, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Manager.
If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!
The Role
- Establish a weekly work schedule
- Supervise a team of 12 personnel
- Assign tasks to team members
- Coordinate with new and existing clients
- Procure necessary equipment and resources
- Engage with the local community
- Conduct hands-on maintenance tasks
- Work to budgets and timeframes
- Collaborate with an Operations Manager
The Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
- 3-5 years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
- Chemical Certificate with Pest Management Licence (strongly desired)
- Personable and presentable
- Strong managerial and organisational skills
