WHAT’S ON OFFER
Our client is looking for a Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work on a large commercial new build project. This is an excellent opportunity for a good up and coming Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to work on this blue chip client development for a Principle Contractor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Site Safety / OH&S
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Assist in managing the construction programming
- Site set out and mark out
- Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
- Interpreting and reading plans
TO BE CONSIDERED
- Trade background in Carpentry
- Preferably head contractor experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand or alternatively experience in High End Homes or Cottage work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
- Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
