Are you an experienced Leading Hand or Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in the remedial construction space? We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to oversee remedial works in Sydney CBD.
About the Role: As a Leading Hand / Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
✔ Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring project timelines are met
✔ Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
✔ Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
✔ Conducting site inspections and reporting progress
✔ Assisting with hands-on remedial work where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand / Supervisor role within the remedial construction industry
- Strong knowledge of remedial works, structural repairs, and waterproofing
- Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
- White Card and relevant construction tickets (e.g., Working at Heights, EWP – desirable)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on-site
