Buildability Group is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers and Riggers for an upcoming shutdown at a major gold mining operation in the Central Tablelands region of NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure  high-paying shutdown work with accommodation and LAFHA provided, while positioning yourself for future shutdowns and ongoing project work throughout NSW.

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker, or relevant Rigging tickets
• Previous shutdown, mining, quarry, processing plant or heavy industrial experience highly regarded
• Experience working on conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, motors and associated plant equipment preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to pass site medicals and onboarding requirements if required
• Available for mobilisation prior to shutdown commencement

• Mining and mineral processing shutdown experience
• Fixed plant maintenance background
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced shutdown environments
• Reliable and committed to the full shutdown duration
