The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client’s team as the overarching Operations Manager of the maintenance division.
This role is pivotal in driving the horticultural services division forward, leveraging your expertise to motivate teams, expand the client base, and introduce innovative practices to enhance the business.
The Role
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing crews and visiting various sites
- Problem solving and working autonomously
- Procuring new materials, equipment and resources
- Collaborating with the Construction teams
- Delegating tasks to your Maintenance Team Leaders
- Working to strict schedules and budgeting
- Hiring new crew members
The Requirements
- Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture
- Diploma of Horticulture (Desired)
- 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager
- Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance contracts
- Drivers License
