We are currently seeking an experienced Parks Worker to join a local council team based in Thornleigh. This is an ongoing position with a strong opportunity to transition into full-time employment for the right candidate.

The Role Working within parks and gardens crews, your duties will include:

• Driving council vehicles (manual) with trailer attached
• Mowing, whipper snipping and general grounds maintenance
• Litter picking and maintaining clean public spaces
• Assisting with landscaping and park upkeep
• General labouring across parks and open spaces

Requirements

• MR or HR Driver Licence (essential)
• Ability to drive manual vehicles and tow trailers
• Previous parks, landscaping or council experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
