As a Pre-Construction Project Engineer, you’ll be involved from the ECI through to site handover, working closely with Estimating, Design, and Delivery teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Design coordination and consultant management
- Reviewing documentation and identifying constructability issues
- Managing procurement and early trade packages
- Assisting with programming and methodology planning
- Stakeholder liaison including clients, councils, and utility providers
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Management.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or complex projects
- Strong understanding of design development, D&C contracts, and authority approvals
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
