Job Title: Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Australia’s most respected tier one formwork contractors, a specialist in high-rise residential construction. Due to ongoing growth and project wins, they are now seeking both a Project Engineer and a Senior Project Engineer this company partners with some of Australia’s leading tier one and tier two builders to deliver large-scale structural packages across Sydney.
About the Roles:
Site Engineer
Based on-site, you’ll support daily formwork operations through planning assistance, progress tracking, and coordination with site teams—ensuring work meets design, safety, and quality standards.
Project Engineer
Working across site and office, you’ll manage procurement, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and client liaison—driving program delivery and project efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in formwork, concrete structures, or structural engineering (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and sequencing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Australian construction standards, safety regulations, and site processes
- Experience in high-rise residential projects highly regarded
