Job Description

This Client is a leading project management firm in Sydney, specializing in health, education, industrial and residential projects. We have been engaged to seek a skilled Client Side Project Manager to join their team. The role will suit an experienced APM looking for additional responsibility or an existing PM. Previous consultancy experience essential. 

Overview: Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports.
  • Resolve project issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
  • Previous project management experience in construction.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
