Their high-profile Government projects are valued between $500k – $5m and they have picked up multiple awards for their work.
A multi-faceted organisation that can operate as a capable subcontractor and principle contractor.
The Opportunity
With substantial project wins and more big tenders submitted, there will be some busy years ahead for this new outfit.
A rare and unique opening for the right candidate to tender and oversee multiple, major Canberra projects with a successful team beneath them.
You will operate from the office, be able to work from home, and travel to tender and manage these iconic projects as you see fit.

The Role
- Tendering and estimating
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Program and schedule works
- Procurement of materials and resources
- Coordinate construction teams
- Oversee Foremen
- Liaise with clients
- Report into a Construction Manager
- Collaborate with the Director
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Recruitment of staff for your team
The Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Project Manager and/or Estimator
- Experience working for a landscaping company in Australia
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture (Required)
- Diploma of Project Management (Bonus)
- Drivers License
