Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction
– Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Super + Benefits
– Industry: Luxury Residential $1M–$10M
– Type: Full-time
– Location: Sydney – Northern Beaches
Our client is a highly regarded luxury residential builder, delivering bespoke homes across some of Australia’s most prestigious locations. With a strong pipeline of high-end projects valued between $1M and $10M, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager who has transitioned into Project Management, or a senior Site Manager ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.
The Opportunity:
- Step into a Project Manager role with strong leadership support
- Manage luxury residential projects from construction through to handover
- Work closely with directors, clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Be part of a builder known for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail
About You:
- Proven background as a Site Manager in luxury residential construction
- Experience delivering custom homes valued between $1M–$10M
- Either:
- Currently working as a Project Manager, or
- A senior Site Manager keen to transition into Project Management
- Strong understanding of:
- High-end finishes and architectural detailing
- Program, cost control and subcontractor management
- Client-facing communication and consultant coordination
- Trade or construction qualification preferred
