Their high-profile Local Council, Government and Tier 1 infrastructure projects are valued between $500k – $10m and they have picked up multiple awards for their work.
A multi-faceted organisation that can operate as a subcontractor and principle contractor.
THE OPPORTUNITY
With multiple project wins and many more tenders submitted, there will be some busy years ahead for this outfit.
A rare and unique opening for the right candidate to oversee multiple current and future major Sydney projects with a successful management team.
You will operate from the office, work from home once a week, and travel to manage these iconic projects as you see fit.

THE ROLE
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Program and schedule construction
- Procurement of materials and resources
- Coordinate diverse construction teams
- Oversee Site Managers
- Liaise with clients
- Report into a State Manager
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Recruitment of staff for your team
BACKGROUND
- 2-3 years as a Project Manager
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture (preferred)
- Relevant qualification in Project Management / Civil Engineering (considered)
- A positive and up-beat attitude to work
