We work with clients of all levels, delivering qualified candidates for roles across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing high-quality construction professionals to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct pre-screening telephone interviews with candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of construction professionals, including trades, site management, engineering, and other specialist roles
  • Work closely with an experienced Recruiter to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates
  • Advertise job roles across multiple platforms, ensuring job descriptions are engaging and tailored to attract the right candidates
  • Assist in managing compliance and pre-employment checks
  • Provide excellent communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively update the database

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a sales-driven environment is preferred but not essential
  • A strong interest or experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates of all levels
  • A proactive and driven attitude with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly computer literate with knowledge of systems
  • Keen to work in the office 5-days a week and to get your hands dirty!
