The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing high-quality construction professionals to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct pre-screening telephone interviews with candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of construction professionals, including trades, site management, engineering, and other specialist roles
- Work closely with an experienced Recruiter to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates
- Advertise job roles across multiple platforms, ensuring job descriptions are engaging and tailored to attract the right candidates
- Assist in managing compliance and pre-employment checks
- Provide excellent communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Proactively update the database
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a sales-driven environment is preferred but not essential
- A strong interest or experience in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates of all levels
- A proactive and driven attitude with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly computer literate with knowledge of systems
- Keen to work in the office 5-days a week and to get your hands dirty!
