Senior Estimator – Landscape Construction

• Up to $150,000 + Super + Vehicle + Profit Share

The Company

This ambitious and fast-growing landscape construction company is already delivering high-quality projects throughout Sydney, and have their intentions set on going to the next level. 

With between 20-30 employees, they deliver a diverse range of commercial and civil landscape projects for Tier 2 & 3 builders, Civil Contractors, and Local Councils.

Projects include park upgrades, playgrounds, street scapes and high-rise buildings up to $3m+.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a proven Estimator with landscape and/or civil construction experience and industry knowledge who is keen to join their thriving and growing NSW business.

This role will give you the opportunity to have a direct influence on the future growth of the business, as you will be heavily involved in business development and building relationships with clients.

You will be able to work closely with the senior management on a daily basis, which is a unique proposition in itself!

The Role

• Price and tender varied projects 
• Business development
• Client liaison
• Coordinate and participate in tender reviews
• Estimate using in-house software (PlanSwift, Benchmark etc)

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
• Tertiary qualification in a construction-related field (bonus)
• Strong knowledge of the commercial landscaping industry
• Drivers License
