Senior Estimator – Remedial Construction
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + super + car
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are working with a well-established and respected remedial construction company in Sydney to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator. Our client specialises in structural repair, concrete remediation, waterproofing, façade restoration, and protective coatings across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
The Role:
- Preparing accurate tenders, budgets, and cost plans for remedial and refurbishment projects.
- Completing detailed take-offs, trade breakdowns, and subcontractor comparisons.
- Managing tender documentation and liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Supporting procurement strategies and assisting in project handovers.
About You:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Estimator within the remedial construction sector.
- Background with a reputable remedial builder in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of remedial works – concrete repair, coatings, waterproofing, façade restoration, and corrosion protection.
- Local Australian experience with understanding of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
