Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable and forward-thinking consultancy?
I’m currently partnering with a leading national consultancy with an excellent reputation across the Australian construction market. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across multiple sectors, they are looking to bring on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Contract administration and cost reporting
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Working directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Contributing to business development and client engagement activities
About You
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in quantity surveying
- Strong local experience within the Australian construction industry – essential
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Proven experience across multiple building sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MRICS or AIQS membership (desirable, not essential)
