Our Bondi Junction office is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk focused on permanent and contract placements within the Construction industry.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, values-driven team that thrives on long-term client relationships and shared success.
The Role
You’ll be recruiting across key white-collar roles in the industry – including Project Managers, Estimators, Supervisors, Contract Administrators, Engineers etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established desk with strong existing client relationships
- Source, interview, and present experienced professionals across construction roles
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions through a consultative, value-led approach
- Attend client meetings and events to better understand client needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and headhunting
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team that shares wins and insights
About You
- 3+ years of experience in white-collar recruitment (within a construction-related sector is the preference)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and accountable – you take pride in delivering results
- Commercially aware, with a desire to build something long-term
- Enjoy working in a consultative environment where quality matters
