Senior Remedial Technician – Brisbane
Salary: Competitive package + vehicle + long-term stability

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected remedial construction contractor based in Brisbane. Due to a strong pipeline of secured works, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Senior Remedial Technician to strengthen their site delivery team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands best-practice remedial processes, and can operate confidently on active sites with minimal supervision.
The Role:
- Concrete repair and spalling remediation
- Crack injection and sealing
- Waterproofing systems (internal & external)
- Structural repairs and defect rectification
- Working from heights, confined spaces, and live environments
- Reading and interpreting scopes, drawings, and method statements
- Assisting with mentoring junior technicians where required
About You:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in remedial construction
- Strong background in concrete remediation and waterproofing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- High attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements on construction sites
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude on site
Tickets & Requirements:
- White Card (essential)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- EWP / Confined Space (advantageous)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
