Buildability Group is currently recruiting Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, and Riggers for major shutdowns beginning in Early 2026.

This is a great opportunity to lock in shutdown work with LAFHA, and accommodation, with potential for ongoing projects in Sydney afterwards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant trade qualifications (Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, or Rigger)
• Shutdown and maintenance experience highly regarded
• Experience with conveyor systems, pump systems, crushers, screens, augers & motors preferred
• Ability to follow job plans and work closely with supervisors
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical (if required)
• Immediate availability for mobilisation and onboarding
