Leading Hand Site Boilermaker | Tier 2+ Projects | Sydney | Temp to Perm

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Site Boilermaker to join a well-established structural steel contractor delivering Tier 2+ commercial projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear temp-to-perm pathway and immediate interview availability.

Workshop location: Fairfield Area

General Project Locations: Sydney CBD, Inner West and some Western Sydney Projects.

The Role:

• Supervision and coordination of site-based structural steel installation
• Leading small crews on Tier 2+ commercial projects
• Liasing with both the client and project management teams
• Reading and interpreting structural drawings
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker
• Proven experience as a Leading Hand on structural steel projects
• Strong background in Tier 2/1 commercial construction
• Can do attitude
• Ability to drive productivity and maintain programme
• High-level understanding of WHS compliance and site safety
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
