Job Description

– Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Super + Benefits

We’re working with a number of reputable fitout contractors in Brisbane who are gearing up for a busy second half of the year. The fitout and refurbishment space is getting busier, and we’re now looking to connect with experienced Site Managers who are keen to take on new and exciting opportunities in the commercial construction space.
  
We’re looking for Site Managers who can:

• Take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
• Drive programs to meet key deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards across live and complex environments
• Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and the internal project team
•   

To be successful, you’ll need:
  

• A minimum of 3–5 years in a Site Manager role with a reputable fitout/refurbishment contractor
• Proven experience delivering commercial fitout or refurbishment projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, practical mindset and attention to detail
• A trade background or relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded
