Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out and refurbishment projects to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced construction environments, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard, we want to hear from you!
  
Key Responsibilities:   

  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance requirements, conducting site inspections and risk assessments as needed.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

  
Key Requirements:   

  • Proven experience in managing fit-out and refurbishment projects, preferably within the commercial or retail sectors.
  • Some experience working on Defence projects is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, with a focus on regional work and occasional assignments in Sydney.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to zero defects and high-quality standards.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to site challenges.

  
Qualifications:   

  • Relevant construction or site management qualifications.
  • Experience in using construction management software and tools.
  • A current driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as required.
  • White Card (General Construction Induction Card) and any other relevant safety qualifications.
