Site Manager – Luxury Home Construction (2 Opportunities Available)
Location: Sydney – Eastern Suburbs & North Shore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Super
We are recruiting on behalf of two leading luxury home builders in Sydney, each seeking an experienced Site Manager. These are rare opportunities to manage high-end residential projects for two different prestigious companies, building some of the most prestigious homes in the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.
About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exacting standards expected in the luxury market. You will lead and coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules, and maintain strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade-qualified in Carpentry (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the luxury home sector
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects in Sydney
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to solve problems on-site while maintaining exceptional standards
