Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and ensure the safety of everyone involved.
- Be the vital link between clients and subcontractors.
- Assist in project planning and instructions.
- Maintain clear, solution-focused communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay calm and effective under pressure when challenges arise.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A trade carpenter qualification or a degree in construction.
- A proven track record with a reputable contractor.
- Experience in commercial new build / Retail projects.
- Solid understanding of OH&S and IR standards.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Strong, contactable references.
