Position: Skilled Construction Labourers
Location: Various Commercial & Mixed-Use Residential Construction Sites across Sydney, Australia
Employment Type: 5-6 days per week
Accompanying tickets advantageous: Telehandler (Gold Card), forklift, Working at Heights
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Skilled Labourers to join our team for ongoing projects across commercial and mixed-use residential construction sites in Sydney. You will play an essential role in the delivery of projects from the early stages through to completion, ensuring that work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of construction, including site preparation, framework, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Safely operate power tools and machinery as required for the project
- Follow detailed instructions and work under the guidance of senior tradespeople and site supervisors
- Work autonomously and manage tasks independently as required
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Contribute to a high level of teamwork, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on commercial and mixed-use residential construction projects
- Ability to use and maintain a variety of power tools
- Proven experience in both early-stage construction and project completion stages
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 6 days per week
- High level of physical fitness and stamina, as this is a hands-on role
- WHS White Card (mandatory)
- Own PPE (Mandatory)
- Silica Awareness trained (Preferred)
