WHAT’S ON OFFER
Our client is looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to oversee a large new build project. This is a great opportunity to get into this business, there’s huge scope to grow and develop your career within this organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
- The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
- The liaison between client and sub-contractor
- Assisting in the development of the project instructions
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates
Key Requirements
- Proven track record with Tier 2 or Tier 3 head contractors
- Previous history working with large structures on commercial or multi-unit residential projects
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
- Solid organisation and communication skills
- Proven experience as a team leader
