– Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 + Super + Benefits

We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Foremen with a strong carpentry background and a proven track record in luxury home construction.
Our client is a highly regarded custom home builder, known for delivering award-winning residences ranging from $2 million to $20 million. With a strong pipeline of bespoke high-end projects, they are expanding their team and looking for driven, detail-focused leaders who can manage builds to the highest standards.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in high-end residential construction
- Trade-qualified in Carpentry – must have hands-on experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage luxury builds from structure to finish
- Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
- A commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Great communication and reporting abilities
