Salary: $45h – $75h / $120,000 – $160,000 + super

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, one of the largest and most respected construction companies in NSW, we are seeking experienced Concrete and Formwork Professionals to join their expanding team. Our client is renowned for delivering top-tier commercial and residential projects across the state, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
- Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete pours, including traditional, timber, and modular systems.
- Pour, level, and finish concrete, ensuring smooth surfaces and quality outcomes.
- Safely handle and maintain concrete tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with site managers and team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in concrete placement and formwork construction.
- Familiarity with a range of formwork systems and techniques.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision.
- White Card (mandatory).
- Additional licenses and certifications (e.g., Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights) are highly regarded.
