Their high-profile Local Council, Government and Tier 1 infrastructure projects are valued between $500k – $10m and they have picked up multiple awards for their work.

A multi-faceted organisation that can operate as a subcontractor and principle contractor.

A rare and unique opening for the right candidate to oversee a newly-won major Sydney contract with a successful management team for support.

THE DUTIES

• Read and interpret plans
• Site set out
• Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
• Subcontractor management
• WHS implementation
• Quality control
• Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
• Liaise with clients
• Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
• Cost tracking and forecasting

BACKGROUND

• 2-3 years as a Foreman / Supervisor
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture or Civil
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Drivers license
