Buildability has been engaged by several Project Management Consultancies with numerous Client-Side PM opportunities. Comprehensive pipelines of work in sight from trusted and repeat blue chip clients. Active sectors include residential, commercial, industrial, education, health, aged care, retail, hospitality & aviation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and new Clients
- Provide leadership in work winning activities by managing tender/proposal preparation and submission as well as arranging and attending Client meetings
- Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement in order to achieve project objectives
- Mentor and assist with the professional development of more junior employees
Key requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a construction specific related field
- 3-7 years client side experience
- Strong technical skills and experience in contract documentation/administration, stakeholder management, reporting on cost and programme
- Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships
