Client Side Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Buildability have been engaged by several Clients due to their current need of experienced Senior Project Managers (Client-Side). Sectors include: Residential, Health, Education, Retail, Commercial & Hotels.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Act in a leadership capacity managing teams of PM’s and more junior staff
• Lead the delivery of construction projects across numerous sectors in the construction space
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and new Clients 
• Provide leadership in work winning activities by managing tender/proposal preparation and submission as well as arranging and attending Client meetings
• Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement in order to achieve project objectives
• Mentor and assist with the professional development of more junior employees 

Key requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications in a construction specific related field
• A minimum of 5 years relevant client-side project management experience including a proven track record of managing your own projects
• Strong technical skills and experience in contract documentation/administration, stakeholder management, reporting on cost and programme
• Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, career ambition and willingness to learn further
