• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contract terms to meet company and project objectives.
• Efficiency Expert: Streamline all contract-related processes for maximum efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in the tracking and management of project expenditures against budgets.
• Variation Management: Prepare and manage contract variations with precision.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders.

We Are Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A background as an Electrical Engineer or Contract Administrator, preferably with tier 1 or 2 project experience in the construction industry.
• Analytical Prowess: High proficiency in problem-solving and analytics.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team Player: The capability to work independently and thrive within a team setting.
