In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our client’s success in the bustling Sydney construction market. As a Corporate Commercial Manager, you’ll leverage your expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to secure lucrative contracts, optimize profitability, and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favourable contract terms.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and mitigate commercial risks.
• Analyse market trends and client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance market reputation and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
