Our client, a leading luxury custom home builder, is renowned for delivering high-end, bespoke homes with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong carpentry background to manage their prestigious projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations for luxury custom homes
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Foster team productivity and provide leadership
- Deliver zero-defect outcomes with keen attention to detail
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman with a carpentry background
- Expertise in luxury custom home construction
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., white card, first aid)
- Experience in architecture.
